Well firstly thank you so much for checking out my Blog, i'm very excited to be sharing this space with you.

Wellness to me is the balance between all areas of your life, being able to give the same energy and presence to each area with a full cup. I understand that in this day and age we are required to give so much of ourselves to projects, work, family and friends but unfortunately finding the time to sit with ourselves to ask our body what it needs is incredibly hard, this is all part of the journey to wellness, we have to be willing to hold ourselves accountable for our desired outcome.

When it comes to personal self care we really have to ask ourselves "what is my goal?" or "how can achieve my goals?" By doing this you are already connecting to your body and mind, giving it permission to show you where it may need attention. Talking to yourself and listening to your body helps you to connect and become align with your intuition, learning to trust your body's ques.

When I think of Wellness, its a holistic vision of being able to tend to all areas of your life so you are able to gain all the benefits in all their glory. Looking into your eating habits and understanding the foods you digest, being aware of your sleeping patterns, looking at your social circle friends/family/work, being open to heal from any past traumas or disturbances that weigh heavy on you, assessing your movements and exercise on a daily basis, understanding your stresses and what you like to do for fun, hobbies and activities that bring you happiness. By tending to theses areas of your life you will reach a state of harmony and happiness that will be yours to revel in.

Once you are connected to all of theses areas you will become incredibly in-tune to your body and its need for change, growth and connections. Life can throw many obstacles in our way so the more connected we are to ourselves means we can adapt to what your body may need at that time, which may change a lot in life's cycles but the grounded connection will help to keep you resilient through the storms ensuring your health and wellness is not forgotten.

Overall, Wellness is a forever changing cycle, our bodies, surroundings and energies are always seeking new ways to be greater and stronger so although setting routines is fantastic we have to be open minded enough to listen to our body when it ques for change, whether it be positive or negative, we take action.

Warmest wishes
